Bema Digital Innovations spins off new digital printing business

Bema Digital Innovations in St. Charles recently announced the installation of two HP Indigo 25K presses at their newly built creative collaboration and digital printing facility.

Backed by 66 years of printing and converting experience, it is uniquely positioned to provide high-end flexible packaging using Hewlett Packard’s proven Indigo 25K digital press.

BDI’s digital printing capability, based on the proven HP Indigo 25K platform, enables customization of promotional packaging. Packaging can be tailored to fit the theme of a sporting event, a concert, a political rally and more. Businesses can ship online orders, offer exclusives in their physical store, and retain loyal customers with packages that deliver brand recognition. Add a name, a photo, a coupon, or a special QR code, all without compromise to the brand’s identity.

Beyond printing, BDI has built an inspirational workspace where brand and creative teams can gather to create innovative campaigns. Here, while collaborating with BDI’s digital printing experts, companies will unlock their packaging’s true potential as a powerful marketing tool and turn their packaging into a revenue-generating asset.

“Bema Digital Innovations is the latest expansion of our family of leading flexible packaging suppliers,” said Glen Galloway, president of Galloway Consolidated Holdings. “The addition of BDI is a perfect complement to Bema Incorporated and Elite Extrusion Technology, further strengthening our vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities that provide everything our customers need to launch, establish and grow their business.”
