Correcting the record on executive orders
It isn’t accurate to state that Biden has issued more executive orders than “…any other president by far.”
He’s not even close. The current record is still held by FDR with Wilson in a distant second place. Please do your homework before submitting an obvious falsehood.
Now, he has reversed more executive orders than any recent president.
He, along with other allies, has responded to attacks by the Houthis on shipping in the Red Sea, but not with boots on the ground which would necessitate congressional approval. Iran has been careful to use its proxies to commit mayhem and not put Iran into a position to be attacked. So it’s not accurate to say we’re at war with Iran. It was Trump who ordered an Iranian assassination, one of his better decisions.
Biden has not sold out to China or to Ukraine. He has had strict sanctions on China in line with Trump’s. The aid he’s signed off on to Ukraine was approved by Congress. Let’s recall that Ukraine was attacked by Putin without provocation. Biden is keeping our word expressed in the Budapest Memorandum.
When classified documents were found in his possession, he and his lawyers promptly returned them, unlike Trump who lied to his own lawyers let alone to the National Archives. I’ve had security clearance for a long time and have researched classified documents in the National Archives, so I know for a fact that Trump’s actions were worse than Biden’s. The case against Trump isn’t partisan. After all, General Petraeus was prosecuted for his misuse of classified documents.
