Politics and prosecutors
Hair is beginning to grow on investigations where special prosecutors are involved. As with Hillary's special prosecutor, and now with the Biden special prosecutor, we repeatedly learn that there is always "a lack of evidence" to make a case or "no reasonable prosecutor would seek charges" although reports outline significant evidence of crimes. There seems to be one consistent variable in these investigations and the results are predictable well before the report is released.
