Lake Forest Home Management earns accreditation from the National Home Watch Association
Lake Forest Home Management has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association. The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada. Visit nationalhomewatchassociation.org. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at individuals’ vacation or primary homes while they are not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured and bonded.
Owners Kathleen and Philip Doetsch value, appreciate and love their community. They have been watching homes locally for family and friends for the past 10 years and have come to realize there is a real need for a professional Home Watch service in their area, as their community shares numerous vacationers and “snowbirds.” Kathleen and Philip believe in treating their clients’ homes as if they were their own and maintaining the integrity of neighborly love that they all share by acting as an additional safeguard for their primary residences. They thrive on building strong relationships with their neighbors and making their lives a bit more peaceful.
Kathleen is a native of Wilmette and attended the University of Michigan. Philip is a born-and-bred Lake Forester and graduate of the University of Colorado. Philip has spent the majority of his career in finance.
Philip and Kathleen look forward to building strong relationships and being the premier Home Watch service in the community they cherish.
