Round Lake launches survey on accessibility needs in town

Round Lake is seeking residents’ input as it creates an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan to help upgrade pedestrian facilities and public sidewalks to current accessibility standards.

To assist in the decision-making process, residents can respond to a survey developed to solicit feedback on the priorities that should be set forth in the plan and to gain information on pedestrian accessibility issues throughout town.

The survey will remain open through the end of February. To participate online, visit http://bit.ly/RoundLakeADAFeedback. Paper copies are available at village hall 442 N. Cedar Lake Road.

If you have any questions about the survey, contact the Public Works Department at (847) 546-0962.
