Naperville North show choirs to host ‘Clash of the Sequins’ Feb. 17
The show choirs of Naperville North High School will host “The Clash of the Sequins 2024,” a show choir competition, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, in the high school field house, 899 Mill St.
There will be performances from visiting groups throughout the day, beginning at 10 a.m. Naperville North’s Heeled Harmony will perform at 4:15 p.m. with Entourage at 9:30 p.m.
There will be food from Belgios Catering and DeEtta's Bakery, along with several other food vendors. Tickets are $22 at the door (cash/card accepted).
In the Mixed Division, Tier I, it will be: Jefferson Connection, Jefferson High School (Bloomington, Minn.) at 1:30 p.m.; Northern Lights, Northridge High School (Middlebury, Ind.) at 2 p.m.; The Ambassadors, Prairie High School (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) at 2:45 p.m.; First Edition, Lafayette Jefferson High School, Lafayette, Ind., at 3:15 p.m.; and The Classics, Wheaton Warrenville South, at 3:45 p.m.
In the Mixed Division, Tier II, it will be Sensations, Watseka Community High School (Watseka, Ill.) at 11:30 a.m.; Focal Point, Prairie High School, at 12:30 p.m.; and Express, Dwight D. Eisenhower High School (Blue Island, Ill.) at 1 p.m.
In the Treble Division, it will be Starlights, Northridge High at 10 a.m.; Jive, Jefferson High, at 10:30 a.m., and Esprit, Wheaton-Warrenville South, at 11 a.m.
