Geneva seeks volunteers for emergency situations

The Geneva Emergency Management Agency is seeking volunteers to respond to emergencies that include severe weather events, major fire and police activities, traffic management, festival assistance and other emergency-related tasks.

Members must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, have a valid Illinois driver’s license, live close to Geneva and pass a background check. They will attend monthly planning and training meetings.
