Dangerous decision

With the logic of the federal panel that ruled that Trump can be prosecuted in the election interference trial because "President Trump has become citizen Trump," then when President Biden becomes citizen Biden, he can be charged criminally for 1) the death of 13 U.S. soldiers during the Afghanistan skedaddle, 2) the death of U.S. soldiers in the Middle East by failed policy making them unable to defend themselves 3) the death of approximately 100,000 people a year due to fentanyl overdose during his presidency, 3) deaths and damages related to failure to act to stop increased crime in major cities, 4) damages inflicted upon Americans due to preventable economic inflation (killing Keystone Pipeline and killing energy independence), 5) damages related to fraud and mismanagement related to pork barrel funding legislation meant to reward allies and try to spend his way out of inflation, 6) damages related to neglect of American youth who are increasingly unable to read, write and perform math functions at grade level, 7) damages related negligence related to the overwhelming flood of approximately 9 Million illegal immigrants, which is taxing (literally) the resources of state and local governments nationwide as the ultimate unfunded mandate.

I am kidding, I hope. Without presidential immunity, our country is doomed to the downward trajectory of weak and feckless leadership. The ruling of the federal panel against Trump is almost as ridiculous as the various overtly politically charged indictments against him.
