Grant/scholarship opportunities

The Gamma Gamma Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma International Society for Women Educators is pleased to announce recruitment grant and scholarship monies are available for high school senior women who intend to prepare for a career in the field of education.

Three $2,000 grant/scholarship opportunities are available. There is also the opportunity for additional monetary support in the form of book stipends for each recipient during their sophomore, junior and senior years of college.

Most importantly, the grant/scholarship brings with it the camaraderie, support and mentorship of Gamma Gamma chapter members, and its community of other future and young educators.

Any interested senior female graduate of the Class of 2024, who is attending a District 211 school or who is nominated by an ILSO DKG Gamma Gamma member, is eligible for these grant/scholarship monies.

The application for the Nancy J. Harmon Memorial Scholarship, Anne V. Fussell Memorial Scholarship and the Gamma Gamma Recruitment Grant is available online at gammagamma75.org.

The deadline to electronically submit the application and all supporting materials is March 23, 2024.
