Schaumburg Library to host visit with bestselling author Angie Kim

As part of its One Book, One Community, Schaumburg Township District Library welcomes bestselling author Angie Kim to the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts on Sunday, Feb. 25.

Schaumburg Library’s One Book, One Community is a time for residents of Schaumburg Township and the surrounding area to join together in the joy of reading a great book, and have meaningful conversations. The library’s One Book, One Community selection this year is the instant The New York Times bestselling novel, “Happiness Falls,” by Angie Kim.

The New York Times bestseller Angie Kim will be at the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts for one afternoon only, discussing her life and her books, and answering questions from the audience. Audience members may submit questions in advance at schaumburglibrary.org, or the night of the event. After her visit, Kim’s books will be available for purchase and signing thanks to Barbara’s Bookstore. Doors will open at 12:30 p.m. so audience members can mingle, enjoy a snack and take a seat before Ms. Kim speaks at 1 p.m. The event will also be live-streamed at youtube.com/@SchaumLib.
