Football fiasco

Is it just me? Watching the Baltimore Ravens vs Kansas City Chiefs game, seems to me it’s not about the game anymore. Social media has infected everything. It’s a sad state when the CBS cameras feel it’s more important to focus on Taylor Swift than the game.

Then to open up and see in the Daily Herald the article “Chiefs shut down Ravens” with, surprise, a picture of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift in the center of the article with their own separate article. It’s totally disgusting.

Nobody cares about the clown show except the clowns themselves. Where are all the other players’ girlfriends and wives? This is about football – it’s not the Dating Game. It’s a football game. The NFL has done a great dishonor by showcasing this publicity stunt as has the Daily Herald and the Associated Press.

But, alas, the NGL has succeeded in getting all the Swifty fans that know nothing about football to tune in to get few glimpses of Taylor Swift and the rest of the clown show. What great publicity for the NFL. Unfortunately, it makes watching the game miserable and reading anything in your biased newspaper that less attractive.
