Fremont Intermediate School Jr. Hope Squad
Members of the Fremont Intermediate School Jr. Hope Squad provided a presentation on their leadership efforts within the school to the Fremont School District 79 Board of Education at their regular meeting on Jan. 29. The organization is a peer-to-peer group that supports their classmates and serves as the eyes and ears of the student body. They are elected by their peers because of their trustworthiness and maturity, by being a good listener and by being empathetic.
