CASA Kane County to host 30th annual Children’s Champion gala
CASA Kane County is hosting its 30th annual Children's Champion Celebration Gala on Saturday, March 2, at the Q Center in St. Charles.
This milestone event promises an inspirational evening filled with a spectacular dinner, dance, and captivating live and silent auctions.
The gala aims to bring together compassionate individuals from our community who share a commitment to positively impact the lives of children who have faced abuse and neglect. Under the theme “Change a Child's Story,” the event will highlight the profound impact that collective efforts can have to help shape a brighter future for children.
The evening will feature a variety of activities, including dinner, live music and dancing, grand raffle, as well as live and silent auctions offering exclusive items for bidding. All proceeds from the event will go toward supporting CASA Kane County's mission of advocating for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse and neglect at the hands of those they trust most.
The FT Cares Foundation is the “Children's Champion Foundation” honoree for the year 2024. The FT Cares Foundation has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the well-being of children, embodying the spirit of advocacy and support that aligns with CASA Kane County's mission.
CASA Executive Director Jim Di Ciaula shared, “We have been blessed with the support of FT Cares Foundation for the past 10 years that is led by their foundation president, Lisa Weier, who is also part of our board of directors. We sincerely thank FT Cares Foundation for all you do for CASA, and for the entire community and we look forward to honoring them at our gala event.”
