Cheer on the ECC women’s and men’s basketball teams at family-friendly Athletic Spirit Night

The Elgin Community College Athletics Department is hosting an Athletic Spirit Night on Feb. 6, starting at 5:15 p.m. for the women’s basketball game and 7:15 p.m. for the men’s basketball game in the Building J gymnasium on ECC’s Spartan Drive Campus, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, Ill. This is a free event open to the public.

ECC Students, employees, and the community are invited to cheer on the women’s and men’s basketball teams while enjoying face painting, food, halftime games, and more during this family-friendly event.

“We are excited to invite the community to come to support our women’s and men’s basketball teams,” said Melanie Schaefer, sports information and academic support specialist. “To honor ECC’s 75th anniversary, we want to celebrate our student-athletes, present and past.”
