The Windy City Bulls lost to the Birmingham Squadron 130-127 Sunday night. Windy City was led by Chicago Bulls two-way forward Adama Sanogo with a double-double of 25 points and 15 rebounds.
Chicago Bulls two-way forward Onuralp Bitim finished with 21 points on 70% shooting from the field. Chicago Bulls two-way forward Henri Drell and guard Chris Clemons chipped in 19 points each.
The Squadron (7-6) jumped out to an early two-point lead at the end of the first quarter. Bitim led all scorers with eight points. Birmingham took a 62-60 lead at halftime after both teams scored 34 points in the second quarter.
Sanogo and Clemons scored nine points each for Windy City (3-9) in the third quarter; however, Birmingham took a three-point lead. The Bulls scored 36 points in the fourth quarter to force overtime, but the Squadron reached the target score of seven points first.
Birmingham was led by guard Izaiah Brockington with 27 points, two rebounds and six assists. New Orleans Pelicans Two-way guard Dereon Seabron finished with 18 points after shooting 7-for-7 from the field.
