Village of Long Grove welcomes new staff members

The village of Long Grove announced the addition of two new employees, who replaced staff members that transitioned to other professional positions. Nicole Wolski has joined the staff as assistant to the village manager, and Alison Dhanani will serve as administrative assistant.

Prior to joining the Long Grove team, Nicole Wolski worked for the Glen Ellyn and Hoffman Estates police departments as a records clerk. Her most recent role, was community information officer for the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office. She is a graduate of North Central College in Naperville, and is FOIA/LEADS certified, and a notary public.

Alison Dhanani brings the village 28-years of experience gained in retail management roles, including Foodstuffs and European Imports. She is a graduate of DePaul University, Chicago, and serves as a volunteer in the Barrington school district.

“We are happy that Nicole and Alison have joined our team,” said village President Bill Jacob. “Their collective experience and perspective will benefit our residents and business community.”
