Northwestern Mutual Chicago elevates Jeannette Miyazono to chief growth officer

Northwestern Mutual Chicago has elevated Jeannette Miyazono to chief growth officer. In this new role, Miyazono will build on a proven track record of developing and growing financial planning firms and ensuring they thrive for generations to come.

McQuade, managing partner at Northwestern Mutual Chicago. “Coming alongside our advisors to advance their businesses, we are building on our vision to be a firm of enduring firms, reflecting the communities we serve, multiplying our impact and influence.”

Appointed director of strategic development in 2022, Miyazono launched the Office of Strategic Growth and Enduring Firm Development, coordinating the financial planning firm’s professional development, practice management, marketing and client relations center.

She joined Northwestern Mutual Chicago in 2010, as a client relations coordinator and was promoted to client relations supervisor in 2013, associate director of client relations in 2015 and client relations center director in 2017. In 2018, she was appointed director of business development.

Miyazono holds a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University. She is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and is certified as a financial service coach through Client Wise and Northwestern Mutual. Miyazono serves on the Auxiliary Board Executive Committee at the Shedd Aquarium.
