State police investigating ‘road rage’ shooting near Long Grove

No injuries were reported following a shooting Wednesday evening that Illinois State Police characterized as a “road rage” incident on Route 53 at Lake-Cook Road near Long Grove.

Investigators said the shooting was reported at about 5:30 p.m.

State police did not release any details about the suspect vehicle.
