Buffalo Grove administrator taking top spot in Oak Park Township

Evan Michel, assistant to Buffalo Grove Village Manager Dane Bragg, has been named township manager in Oak Park Township. He will start the position in February.
Michel’s work in Buffalo Grove included helping with the creation and implementation of the 2018-2023 and 2024-2028 Buffalo Grove Strategic Plans.
He also was instrumental in the formation of the Buffalo Grove Community Foundation 501c3 and served as its executive director. In addition, he organized the 2017 and 2021 Buffalo Grove Resident Surveys.
