Constitution must be obeyed on candidacy

Countless politicians and pundits have expressed the view that the former president should not be removed from any state primary ballot based on the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. That the voters should decide. That voters would be angry that “their guy” was removed by partisan politicians, judges, etc.

This is a completely outrageous position to take. The Constitution is the most fundamental law of the United States. To put aside or ignore this law is wrong on so many levels. Unfortunately, I have no doubt that the right-wing members of the Supreme Court will do just that.

This individual absolutely engaged in insurrection and should be barred from every ballot, in every state.
