Shots fired at home in Des Plaines

No one was hurt last week when someone shot at a mobile home on the 2900 block of Curtis Street in Des Plaines, breaking a window, police said.

The shooting was reported about 2:50 a.m. Dec. 29.

Someone in a dark-colored sedan fired the shots, according to a news release. A small hole in a south-side window was discovered the next morning.

A resident recalled hearing a loud bang during the night, police said.
