An end-of-year rundown of a day’s news
I am reading Thursday’s Daily Herald and could not continue without comments.
Article “Escaping the Assault in central Gaza. On foot and by cart…..” by Najib Jobaini Wafaa Shurafa and Samy Magda. I had to think back to Fiddler on the Roof, yep happened to the Jews.
My feeling on the war. It’s terrible. All war is terrible. Creating kids that will carry this hatefulness forever. My feeling is the Hamas started something that they should not have done in the first place. Now lay down your weapons, raise the white flag and ask Israel and the world to help solve this mess. Watch Fiddler on the Roof again.
Page 2. Rep Boebert jumps districts. She is running from a political fight. I can’t blame her. I blame the people in the district of Colorado who keeps voting for her. Yikes. Boebert should take a rest and go to see a play at a theater. Oops, she can’t , she is banned from the theaters.
Page 3. “Woman injured in shooting sues mall.” She should be suing the parents of the shooters, wait they don’t have money but the mall owner has more. I agree that we should be able to go where we want in safety but as long as parents get 60 days that their kid kills 7, makes the whole system look stupid by wearing a political statement , we are in trouble. Parents take responsibility.
Page 5. “Argument over Christmas gifts turns deadly, deputies say”. 23 year old mother dead. 14 year old charged with first degree murder. 15 year old charged with attempted first degree murder. Over Christmas gifts.
Lastly, page 1 and page 7, we read more and more about Trump being on the ballots and not in this article, but Biden is too old to be president. If the Democrats and Republicans can’t come up with better players then these two, work together to save our country . Use common sense.
Well, these articles should move to the comic section. Funny.
