Will there be snow on the ground for Wheeling’s Winterfest?
Snow sculpting, ice skating and a dog sled demonstration are among the activities planned for the Wheeling Park District’s Winterfest on Jan. 21.
The free event is set to run from 1 to 3 p.m. at Horizon Park, 385 Schoenbeck Road.
All activities are weather permitting.
