Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago announces Fall 2023 graduates of Transform Agent Coaching Program
Joe Stacy, senior vice president and general sales manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, is pleased to announce the Fall 2023 graduating class of the firm’s Transform Agent Coaching program. The graduates include Rose Alvarez, Samantha Bauman, Hileary Cleary, Raul Delgado, John Haagenson, Rob Hann, Julie Hennessey, Alice Jordan, Katie Keating, Rebecca Martinez, Selma Nemeth, Jennifer Newsom, Liz Pavalon, Sabine Rolnick, Karen Shoshana and Seamus Tuohy.
Over 12 weeks, candidates progressed through coursework to help them achieve the next level of success in their careers. Created by Joe Stacy, in consultation with industry growth and motivational speaker, Matthew Ferrara, the program emphasizes actions and habits agents can implement immediately that will sow the seeds of success in the months ahead and beyond as they become routine. In addition to meeting once a week, candidates were paired with accountability partners to help them stay on track. Much of the coursework was based on Stacy’s own experiences as a successful agent but can be easily tailored to fit each individual agent’s personal style and goals.
