Sundial Brewing & Blending celebrates with ribbon-cutting in Barrington

The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and the village of Barrington gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Dec. 7, to celebrate the new Sundial Brewing and Blending, at 200 Applebee St., Suite. E, at the Ice House Mall, in Barrington.

“We are so happy to open Sundial Brewing in our hometown of Barrington,” said co-owner Diana Carlini. “This is a wonderful community, and we look forward to brewing and serving our craft beer inspired by European farmhouse traditions.”

Sundial Brewing and Blending hosts weekend events with food trucks and live music. They also sell beer to go and branded glassware. Taproom hours are Wednesdays through Fridays from 4-10 .p.m. Saturdays from 11.a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
