Brown Commercial Group negotiates industrial lease in Bensenville

Brown Commercial Group has negotiated a lease for a 14,503-square-foot industrial space in Bensenville that will allow a gutter supply company to expand its business.

Broker Matt Hanson negotiated the lease at 811 Eagle Drive that will provide a larger footprint for Discount Gutter Supply.

The Addison-based company is expanding its inventory of supplies. It also needed more space for customer parking and large commercial delivery vehicles.

“While many small to mid-sized businesses are in expansion mode, they are finding it challenging to find space, particularly in the O’Hare submarket,” Hanson said. “We identified this opportunity and moved quickly to support the business through the leasing process so they could be up and running quickly in the new space.”
