Winter Wonderland at the Palatine Township Senior Center
The Palatine Township Senior Center will host Winter Wonderland from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, and from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at the Palatine Township Senior Center, 505 S. Quentin Road, in Palatine. Your invited to walk into the Winter Wonderland full of gifts for everyone on your list.
There will be homemade cookies and baked goods sold by the pound, perfect for friends, neighbors and hostess gifts. Gift baskets at different price increments will be wrapped and ready to give.
Several wonderful crafters will be highlighting their talents such as wreaths, pillows and many other items. The Senior Center quilters have created gorgeous handmade pot holders, bowl cozies, table runners, quilted wall hangings and special baby quilts, all sure to impress.
Holiday décor will be abound, and many other handmade items such as crochet hats, fashion yarn scarves and ornaments will be available as well. And, jewelry and purses will be ready to give to friends, family or keep for yourself.

The Palatine Township Senior Citizen Council provides programs and services which support older adults and their families by encouraging independence, well-being and connection to the community. Its Recreation, Education, Health and Wellness, Home Delivered Meals, Adult Day Services and Social Services programs are available to persons 50 and older and their families who live in Palatine Township and the surrounding communities in the North and Northwest suburbs.
