Entre completes sale of 3.14-acre site in Aurora

Arlington Heights-based Entre Commercial Realty recently has completed the sale of a 3.14-acre development site at 1995 Melissa Lane in Aurora.

Entre obtained a variance and approval for outside storage and fleet maintenance. The site is located along Interstate 88, allowing for maximum interstate exposure, with proximity to multiple interchanges. The buyer plans to develop a future headquarters for transportation, maintenance, and parking needs.
