Santa needs your help

It is time again for my yearly request of parents or anyone else who takes a wee one to sit on Santa's lap. Please, please, please, do not post pictures or video of a little child screaming while being placed on Santa's lap. That isn't cute.

For the child, it is a very traumatic event (and it most certainly is not something that Santa enjoys.) If the child starts to cry do not throw him/her onto Santa's lap. Choose instead to hold the child while standing next to Santa. Or you may sit on Santa's lap yourself while holding the child. But, please, let the child calm down before doing anything. Remember, Christmas should be a time for loving memories. Traumatizing a child has no part in those loving memories.
