Job well done

Kudos to the Mount Prospect Park District for their recent upgrading project at Friendship Park in Des Plaines.

Improvements including the repaving of the parking lot, replacement and widening of the walking path, resurfacing the tennis courts, the addition of pickleball courts and a standalone workout station have provided the residents of Mount Prospect and Des Plaines a wonderful park environment to enjoy year round.

Along with the beautifully maintained baseball fields and conservatory, MPPD needs to be congratulated on a job well done.
