Dam needed in Elgin

I am against the removal of the Kimball Street Dam. There are many reasons to keep the dam. The main reason I have for keeping the dam is that it supplies the water supply for Elgin.

if you take down the dam, the water will be too low for the water treatment plants to supply water to Elgin. Where will Elgin get its water from? It is as simple as that. Do not take the dam down.
