Introducing A.D.O.P.T. Pet Shelter: Training for a sound beginning

The A.D.O.P.T. Pet Shelter of Naperville has recently opened a unique training facility.

The A.D.O.P.T. Training Center is a partnership between A.D.O.P.T. Pet Shelter and the non-profit Positive Solutions for a Sound Beginning.

One hundred percent of the proceeds benefit both organizations.

Together, through positive training, they are committed to keeping dogs out of shelters and in their homes.

As you may know, the animal training industry is highly, if not completely, unregulated. A.D.O.P.T. trainers are highly-qualified and always certified. This certification requires a commitment to continuing education throughout their careers.

We specialize in behavior modification through positive training. Dogs are never intimidated or coerced into behaving. Our mission is to provide a fun and supportive training experience that builds trusting, life-long relationships.
