St. Charles North to host annual Veterans Salute Concert

The St. Charles North High School music department will present the 17th annual Veterans Salute Concert on Saturday, Nov. 11.

The concert, which is free and open to the public, will be at 5 p.m. in the high school auditorium, 255 Red Gate Road.

Under the guidance of John Wojciechowski and Kevin Dobbeck, the St. Charles North Wind Symphony and Wind Ensemble will deliver an evening of patriotic music to celebrate and pay tribute to our local veterans in the community.

This special evening will be hosted by the master of ceremonies, retired Army Lt. Colonel Mark Powell.

A reception, welcoming all veterans, will be held in the auditorium lobby before the concert.

If you have a loved one who is a veteran, we encourage you to invite them to join us, as we play our small part in expressing our gratitude for their dedicated service to our nation.
