The UAW dilemma

With Tesla and foreign automakers building factories in states that favor workers who want to work for a competitive wage, all this seems too vague for Shawn Fain, but isn't he guaranteed his huge union paycheck?

Time heals all wounds, but the defined-benefit pensions and health insurance plans as retirement rolls around seem too far-fetched. Who wants instant gratification? Watch out, union folks. The Big Three automakers will wake up and build factories in union-free states, or as they say "déjà vu." R.I.P.
