York Drama to perform staged reading of 'House on Watch Hill'

In 1984, a misfit bunch of horror-loving kids decide to build the greatest neighborhood Haunted House attraction in the history of forever. It would alter the course of their lives. With little adult supervision and even fewer safety codes, what could possibly go wrong?

York High School drama students will perform a staged, musical reading of "The House On Watch Hill" on Friday, Oct. 27.

The Broadway composers of this new work, Richard Oberacker and Robert Taylor, will be in attendance.

It will be at 7 and 9:30 p.m. at The Nineteenth Century Club, 178 Forest Ave. in Oak Park. General admission tickets are $40.
