Exempt seniors from road tests

To Secretaty of State Alexi Giannoulias:

Please consider exempting seniors from road tests if they have not received a ticket during the two years prior to their driver's license renewal date. The exemption would save time and energy for both state office employees and seniors, the safest drivers on the road.
