Daily Herald e-edition experiencing technical difficulties

To our readers:

We continue to be hampered by technological problems in the transfer of our information technology systems to a server farm over the weekend, which required us to put together Monday's paper a day in advance – without NFL scores – and resulted in our having to put together Tuesday's newspaper without the software that was developed for that purpose.

Our staff worked early and late to give you a newspaper put together almost entirely by hand.

The interruption, which is ongoing, also prevented our Monday e-edition from being built.

We apologize for these problems and beg your forbearance as we work through these issues.

We have been able to update dailyherald.com with stories from here and around the world. The paywall on our website has been taken down for the time being so you can read unimpeded.
