Take time to be sure of cameras' impact

Regarding Hunt Club and Washington Road: Before spending millions of dollars, take down the red-light camera signs and disconnect the cameras. The increase in accidents appears to have happened coincident with the cameras. A six-month hiatus makes sense just to be sure of the cause.
