Heads in the sand about appointments

Both Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulas and spokeswoman Leen Yassine have their heads buried in the sand, and their mouths are ahead of their brains to make the statement that they are receiving positive feedback from the Skip the Line program.

This system is not working and to protect themselves from the fact that they do not know how to fit it, they are telling the people that they are not aware of any instances where there are no appointments available.

The best way for them to know how good the system works is for them to call the numbers they give out and find out just how good the system isn't.

So politicians get your heads out of the sand and fix what is broken if you could.
