D.R. Horton to build townhouse rentals

HAMPSHIRE - Residential developer D.R. Horton Chicago said it is building its first rental townhouse community, which is called Terrabrook at Prairie Ridge.

The community is being built in Hampshire and will be professionally managed by Greystar, D.R. Horton said.

The three- and four-bedroom townhouses will have base rents starting at $2,500 per month. They include a private two-car garage.

Terrabrook at Prairie Ridge will provide residents with on-site maintenance, ADT Home Monitoring and snow removal, the builder said.
