Popular "Lunch & Learn" Series returns to Barrington's White House

Barrington's White House is excited to bring its "Lunch & Learn'' cultural event series back this Thursday, Sept. 28, at 11:30 a.m. in the third floor ballroom. Community members are invited to bring their lunch and enjoy discussions, demonstrations, and more on a variety of topics. Tickets are $15 per person and include nonalcoholic beverages.
Green thumbs and gardening enthusiasts, don't miss this opportunity to delve into the world of sustainable gardening with Chris Yamamoto, the proud owner of Barrington Hills' very own Little Ducky Flower Farm.
Discover the secrets to a thriving garden in shifting climates as Chris shares insights from his family-owned, seven-acre flower haven, including water management and plant diversity. Learn about their unique 'U-Pick' floral farm, which offers a variety of blooms throughout the year, and their local and rare-breed ducks, geese and sheep.
