Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce After Hours at HotWorx Bloomingdale on Sept. 14. HotWorx hosted other businesses, and featured a new restaurant PitaPita, which is moving into Stratford Crossing in November. Business professionals came together to connect and build relationships and to support each other. The Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce staff and volunteers celebrated Profit Management Solutions' expansion into additional downtown Elgin office space as the firm continues to grow. Located at 25 S. Grove, the Downtown Neighborhood Association joined the ribbon cutting celebration for PMS which helps small to mid-sized businesses reach and accomplish their goals. Providing customized, innovative solutions tailored to meet the individual needs of their clients, The experience and professionalism of their team, along with their relentless dedication to their clients sets them apart from the competition on a memorable and personal level.
The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and the village of Lake Barrington gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 12 to celebrate the 50th anniversary and new ownership of Kelsey Road House Restaurant and Garden, at 352 Kelsey Road in Lake Barrington. The Geneva Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Revenge Medspa & Wellness, 5 N. Third St., Suite 205 in Geneva on Sept. 20. Owners Jackie Keck and Dr. Andrew Oleksyn cut the ribbon surrounded by his daughter Giulanna, family, friends and staff. Bloomingdale Chamber members, family and staff celebrated the opening of Blue Rock Training Center in Bloomingdale. Owner Sychar Yebra, RN, cut the ribbon on Sept. 19. Blue Rock has already trained 75 CNAs and is excited to be making a difference in the community as the need for medical staff continue to increase. The evening continued with students and families celebrating Blue Rock's opening.
