System is problem for secretary of state hours

I also have been trying to make an appointment at the Lake Zurich or Schaumburg Drivers Facility. This is Impossible with the new rollout of the secretary of state's website.

I try every day at 7 a.m. when they open. If I call in, I am always told to call back tomorrow as there are no open times. I wanted to make an appointment for Sept. 20 or after. I guess the system is that the facility controls what appointment times are available; they only post for that day that you are on the web.

No walk-ins are allowed now under the new system. You cannot choose advance dates at this time because the facility has not any dates.

It is sour grapes for me also.
