Seniors can learn more about Medicare Open Enrollment period
Northwest Community Healthcare is hosting an Emerald Circle event on the topic of Medicare.
Attendees will learn important information regarding the upcoming Medicare Open Enrollment period, including what to do and how to compare plans and options for 2024.
The free program is scheduled for 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, at NCH Auditorium, 800 Central Road, Arlington Heights. Maureen Centeno, a SHIP Counselor (Senior Health Insurance Program), will present at the event. To attend, register online at nch.org/events or call (847) 618-4968.
"We are excited to share important information with the older adults in our community who may have many questions about the upcoming Medicare Open Enrollment period and answer any questions they may have," said Gayle Young, Senior Service specialist at NCH.
NCH's Emerald Circle is open to individuals ages 62 and older; membership is free.
