Police: Missing Algonquin girl found
Algonquin police say a missing 12-year-old Algonquin girl has been found.
The girl went missing Wednesday afternoon on the 2100 block of Sleepy Hollow Road. But in a Facebook post on Thursday, police said the juvenile was located safely.
"A very sincere thank you to all the community for their concern, involvement, and dedication to bring this juvenile home safely," the post from the Algonquin Police Department reads.
No further information was released.
