How would you describe your business and/or services?
Modern take on traditional Indian food that incorporates a well-balanced fusion for all palates, featuring Indian fusion cocktails, a full bar and great ambience.
What do customers say they like about the way you do business?
Customers appreciate the ambience, attention to detail, (that we are) family owned and operated as well as us being a complete scratch kitchen with the freshest ingredients, no processed foods, MSG or food coloring.
What have you learned over the years that helps make your business a Readers™ Choice- Best of the Best pick?
Listening and hearing the feedback from the customers and the community in a positive manner and continuously striving to get better everyday.
What makes your business or service unique?
As we offer traditional Indian dishes, we also offer a build-your-own concept in which customers can choose between a bowl, tacos, salad, plate or a wrap and curate their own version of Indian flavors in a unique way! Our Indian cocktails and Indian fusion desserts like the rasmalai tres leches and gulab jamun cheesecake are amazing!
Why do you think you were voted a Reader's Choice Best of the Best?
Not only do we pay attention to the customer's response - we are always innovating in the kitchen coming up with new and delicious menu items - such as our Bollywood Burger this month!
What's the hottest trend in your industry?
A fusion take on Indian cuisine.
Does your company donate time or money to any philanthropic causes? If so, what causes?
We donate 20% of proceeds from a majority of our events to the St. Joesph food pantry in Libertyville.
What community involvement does your business participate in?
President Sponsor of the GMLV, active member in Mainstreet, Libertyville Farmers Market, Libertyville Lunch in the Park, Highwood Evening Gourmet. We sponsor donations to the fire and police department as well as the high school.
What do you do to make your business a good place to work for your employees?
We treat our employees like family. We are family owned and operated so we ensure our employees are taken care of!
What is one interesting fact about your company that most people may not know?
All the recipes are my family's!
