Impeachment column was way off base
Byron York has proved again that he is a member in good standing with the MAGA echo chamber with his Aug. 16th column.
"The testimony of former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer demolished Joe Biden's claim that he didn't talk to his son about Hunter's shady foreign business deals," he writes.
Demolished? Really? Let's look at what Devon Archer actually said.
Archer was asked directly, "Are you aware of any wrongdoing by Vice President Biden?" He responded, "No, I'm not aware of any."
This must be the shocking Archer testimony that "demolished" President Biden's claim: "I think you have to understand that there was no business conversation about a cap table or a fee or anything like that. It was, you know, just general niceties and, you know, conversation in general about the geography, about the weather, whatever it may be."
Explosive proof. Surely President Biden should be impeached for such heinous crimes while sitting as our country's vice president.
Mr. York, you have written your weakest column to date.
