Biden undeterred on loan forgiveness

The Supreme Court shot down Biden's student loan forgiveness plan. But Biden is still trying with another plan to forgive the student loans. A lot of these loans are for people getting advanced degrees. Why don't schools like Northwestern, which has a non-taxable endowment of $10.8 billion, and Harvard with an endowment of $41 billion, use some of that money to lower student tuition? They pay professors six figure salaries. Northwestern tuition is $60,768 a year.
