Lee & Associates of Illinois welcomes Peter Spear to industrial team

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, is excited to announce Peter Spear has joined Lee & Associates of Illinois' Industrial Services Group as a Senior Associate, working closely with Principal Jay Farnam.

Spear specializes in industrial real estate within the Chicago area's DuPage County submarket. He offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant, buyer and owner representation; sale/leasebacks; and net lease investment transactions. Spear strives to establish long-term relationships with clients, providing quality representation and value to serve their best interests.

Prior to joining Lee and Associates in 2023, Spear spent more than two as an industrial broker at Marcus & Millichap. He attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University, with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.
