Fox Valley Beaux Arts hosts 'Off the Hanger by Chico's Fashions'

"Off the Hanger by Chico's Fashions" is this year's theme for the popular annual luncheon and fashion show presented by Fox Valley Beaux Arts.

The fun begins on Saturday, Aug. 26, at the Elgin Country Club, 2575 Weld Road in Elgin.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. with the event's popular silent auction, raffles, and vendors with a lunch at noon.

Guests will enjoy the on-trend styles during the "Off the Hanger by Chico's Fashions" fashion show provided by Chico's located at The Arboretum of South Barrington.

Ticket price for this annual fashionable event is $50 per person.

Fox Valley Beaux Arts is a nonprofit women's organization founded in 1984 to foster and support the arts.

It recently awarded $22,000 to eight high school seniors who will go on to major or minor in the arts in higher education.

Proceeds from the luncheon/fashion show will be designated for the scholarship fund to carry on the tradition.
